Per-Vendor Shipping

✅ Shipping is ready. Vendors set a price on each listing; buyers pay one bundled rate per shop at checkout. BazaarKit configures a WooCommerce shipping method automatically, so you don’t need to set up zones manually.

Default shipping price

Used for any listing where the vendor hasn’t set their own shipping price. 0 = free shipping.

Multi-item bundle rate

Charge the HIGHEST per-item rate (Depop-style bundle discount)
Charge the SUM of per-item rates (no bundle discount)

Applies when a buyer adds several items from the same vendor to their cart.

International shipping

International Shipping is active. Vendors will see an "international shipping" option on each listing.

Messaging & Offers

Offers

Let buyers make an offer and negotiate a price

On by default. Turn it off for a fixed-price marketplace and the "Make an offer" button disappears everywhere — buyers can still message sellers as normal.

Switching offers off never breaks a deal you have already agreed: offers a seller has already accepted are still honoured at checkout, negotiations already under way can still be answered, and nothing is deleted — turn it back on and everything is where you left it.

Contact-detail filter

Screen messages for email addresses, phone numbers, social handles and off-site links

Buyers and sellers who take the deal off-platform cost you the sale, and lose every protection your marketplace offers. You are emailed whenever contact details are detected.

Filter mode

Monitor only — alert me, but never block a message

Start here. Leave it on for a week and read the alerts: they show you exactly what would have been blocked on your marketplace. Turn it off only once you are satisfied real messages are not being caught.

Record every email this site sends

Lets you answer “did that customer actually get their order email?”. Covers WooCommerce and WordPress core mail too, not just BazaarKit’s.

Log entries contain recipient email addresses. Older entries are deleted automatically. Set to 0 to keep them until the size limit is reached.

Reviews & Ratings

WooCommerce review tab

Hide WooCommerce’s own “Reviews” tab on product pages

BazaarKit reviews are about the seller, not the product, so running both leaves buyers with two rating systems that disagree. Untick this to keep WooCommerce product reviews as well.

Dokan seller rating

Show the BazaarKit rating wherever Dokan shows a seller rating

Dokan’s own rating counts WooCommerce product reviews. Leave this on so the store page, product page and vendor list all show the same number.

Ask for a review after

Both buyer and seller are emailed once. An order that misses its window is not chased later.
