The free core also gives every vendor a holiday switch — pause a shop and its listings are hidden everywhere and cannot be bought, with nothing unpublished and nothing to undo — and makes sure a departed seller never leaves live listings behind under your own account.
Per-Vendor Shipping
Let each vendor set their own flat shipping price per listing — the per-vendor shipping Dokan Lite makes you buy Pro for. Buyers pay one bundled rate per shop at checkout.
International Shipping
Vendors offer international delivery with their own per-listing rate — one flat price worldwide, or a different price per continent, so posting to Ireland and to New Zealand need not cost the same. A region left blank simply is not posted to. Domestic shipping stays free in the core.
Stripe Connect Escrow & Buyer Protection
Hold each vendor's payout in escrow on Stripe Connect until delivery, with a buyer-protection window, automatic refund reversal and chargeback claw-back — the held escrow Dokan Lite (and even Pro) doesn't do on Stripe Connect. A seller whose payout is held is told so on the order that earned it, with the amount and the reason.
Buyer–Seller Messaging & Offers
A private buyer↔vendor inbox with image attachments, and make-an-offer / counter-offer price negotiation where an accepted offer checks out at the agreed price. Offers are a switch — turn them off for a fixed-price marketplace and keep the inbox. Includes a contact-detail filter that keeps deals on your marketplace instead of moving to WhatsApp.
Disputes & Resolution
Buyer disputes, seller responses, 48-hour auto-escalation and an admin mediation queue, with dispute-resolved auto-refunds. Works with the Escrow add-on or standalone.
Mutual Reviews & Ratings
Two-way buyer↔seller reviews with a single unified store rating. Auto-published, admin-moderated; a review-request email goes to both parties after an order completes.
